We will be running our first charity event in association with Fierce Calm to raise money for Ourmala, which is a Hackney-based organisation dedicated to bringing relief to refuges and asylum seekers through yoga and other means. The event is a global one, with studios, individuals and collectives all coming together at the same time to practice mindful movement in honor of International Yoga Day and in support of various charities.

Our event will take place from 4-7pm on Sunday 23rd June, and will involve 108 minutes of mindful movement (60 minutes of flow yoga, 30 minutes of restorative yoga, and 18 minutes of meditation) followed by tea, snacks and a group sharing circle. The intention of this event is to come together through the practice of yoga to deepen our connection to ourselves and each other. Think relaxed, juicy movement and inspiring, uplifting group interactions.

Each ticket is priced at £25 (booking link below) and all proceeds will go to Ourmala. We will also have tshirts for the event available for purchase on the day, and again all those proceeds will be donated to our chosen charity.

You can read more about the event here and about Ourmala specifically via their website.

We are so looking forward to this and feel that it will be a truly special experience.

Hope to see you there!
