What is a Cacao Ceremony?

Cacao is the cocoa or cacao bean in its purest, unaltered form. When prepared with intention and shared in a ceremonial way, it is believed to open the heart and enhance creativity and spiritual connection. During this new moon workshop we’ll be drinking ceremonial grade cacao from Guatemala* to help us drop out of our busy minds and into our bodies, access our creativity and intuition during the intention setting practices and  allow us to fall into a deeper state of relaxation during the sound bath.

What will the workshop entail?

In the first half of the workshop, we’ll go through some practices to get clear on our goals and intentions. This will include a guided visualisation and some sharing exercises to help us to dream big, get focused and commit to our goals.

The second half of the workshop will be about surrendering and integrating our intentions into a deeper state of consciousness as Zoe guides us through a deep meditation and bathes us in the soothing and healing vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowls.

If you are wanting to get clear on your intentions for the month ahead or are intrigued by the benefits of cacao, then this workshop is for you. Expect to feel inspired, clear and connected and with a sense of deep peace and relaxation by the time you leave.

Bring a water bottle and comfortable clothing.
