Ange Ange discovered yoga during a rather chaotic moment in her life, and found that coming back to the mat, over and over again, helped her find the little pockets of ease, lightness and joy that she had been craving for so long. She teaches to share that freedom with others, and because teaching seems like a way of saying Thank You! Ange teaches a slow, grounded and mindful flow, combining breathing exercises, classic postures and a creative curiosity to invite space for the practice to unfold.
