WHAT WE DO: Our aim is to help you become pain free. We are an integrated team providing a system of diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of pain induced conditions. Our VPO osteopathy, massage therapy and reflexology treatments are suitable for the whole family.

Victoria Park Osteopaths HQ is located in the heart of Victoria Park Village and we have been serving the local community here for 15 years. Our team of six osteopaths have a wide variety of special interests and clinical experience, from sports injuries to postural issues to problems associated with pregnancy and infancy.

Our approaches to treatment cover a wide spectrum of osteopathic techniques, including very gentle “cranial” osteopathy and more direct “structural” techniques such as gentle joint mobilisation as well as soft-tissue and muscle and joint stretching. Victoria Park Osteopaths : Massage Therapy with Sarah

Massage therapy is an intuitive treatment where the therapist uses different pressures, movements and techniques to manipulate soft tissues in the body, this includes muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and skin. The aim is to slow down the nervous system and release tension in the body. Massage therapy can help:

  • Reduce muscle pain and tightness

  • Improve flexibility

  • Improve blood circulation

  • Relieve stress

  • Promote relaxation through the release of endorphins

It can be very beneficial in combination with osteopathy to improve the work of the immune system and promote healing. Massage therapy can also be used as regular maintenance to keep soft tissues healthy

Pause Practice - Holistic Facial Therapy with Léonie

Hi, I’m Léonie, a facialist with a passion for supporting people to feel good in and about their skin.

A facial with me is a space to not only rebalance your skin, but your mind and body too. I always had spotty skin (still do sometimes) but it was during the pandemic when my acne felt out of control. I was unhappy, self conscious and confused what to do. This spurred me on to do a skincare course to find ways to support my own skin. I discovered that I loved helping other people with their skin too, and that touch can have a profound effect on you physically and mentally. Three years later – having left my career in teaching – I am now a professional facialist who has worked with hundreds of clients with different skin concerns helping then to slow down and have a moment of deep rest and rejuvenation. Eleonora is a qualified Ayurveda Yoga Massage and Pregnancy Massage therapist and Yoga Teacher (RYT 550). She offers holistic wellness treatments combined with her experience in deep tissue massage, yoga-based stretches, breathing techniques and sound healing. Through massage, she has learned to slow down, take her time, relax, and relate to people in a different way. Breathwork with Yasmin Nguyen of Wavekind

Yasmin is a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator with a background in medical anthropology and somatic healing. She has facilitated breathwork and meditation across Europe and Asia, including as a Visiting Practitioner at the award-winning Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary in Thailand.
