African Yoga (Smai Tawi) with Sanae Orchi

Smai Tawi: (African) Yoga poses and techniques have been used for centuries as a way to achieve optimal health and spiritual well-being. Come and discover more about the African origins of yoga and how these practices can improve your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual state of being. Join Sanae Orchi and Darren Springer for this special event and allow their fascinating insights and research to take you on a journey to bring this practice to life. 

The London Baby Coach: Introduction to Weaning

3-4.30pm on Monday 2nd September - £25 per ticket

Suitable for those preparing to wean and those new to weaning, this workshop will help you to consider the best pieces of equipment to use and understand what is suitable for your baby’s age; to discover your chosen method of weaning, between baby led and adult led; to understand and implement first tastes, stage 2 and 3 meals and finger foods, and to decide when and how to start cutting milk feeds. The workshops gives ample opportunity for parents to ask questions and you will receive a workshop summary to take home.

She Moves with Galit Criden

This movement class is designed and intended for all women who want to dance, let go and find joy in movement. We will uncover new ways to move, think and re-enjoy our bodies using mindfulness, creative movement and contemporary dance techniques. Find freedom in your body, without judgement or expectation. No prior experience is required, just bring yourself and your love for movement!

Baby Massage - Five Week Course with Kasia Kropidlowska

2-3pm every Friday from 27th September to 25th October inclusive - £60

Hush Baby No Rush provides IAIM Certified Infant Massage classes in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. You will be taught strokes that gradually build up to full body massage routine that you are encouraged to practice at home. Chakras & Kundalini Class for Beginners with Sanae Orchi

Come and join us for this journey into your innate, deep-rooted potential. Sanae will share practical exercises plus tips and tricks regarding the chakras, the most important energy points in our bodies, and teach you how you can activate Kundalini. This session includes Yoga and meditation techniques to open your chakras, breathing exercises to get you in touch with your body and higher self, and easy lifestyle tips to implement for optimal chakra alignment.

The London Baby Coach: Successful Sleep (18 months and under)

3-4.30pm on Monday 14th October - £25 per ticket

A workshop fully devoted to the world of sleep for your baby up to the age of 18 months. This workshop will cover a variety of topics, including why sleep is so important, what sleep cycles are and how they impact your baby, how much sleep your baby should be getting and identifying sleep slots for your baby's age. You will learn how to create positive sleep habits and how to overcome the bad habits. We will also discuss night time waking and the sleep regressions and mental leaps that affect regular sleep. The workshops gives ample opportunity for parents to ask questions and you will get a workshop summary to take home at the end of the session.
