In addition to our weekly Sunday afternoon Slow Yoga and Sound session, Heidi offers a Candlelit Sound Bath as an opportunity for you to move deeper into sound healing. A sound bath is a beautiful opportunity to pause and give yourself permission to truly rest, recharge and release; allowing the sounds, vibrations and frequencies to bring you into a true state of bliss.
We all know well the endless pull of busy-ness and the bottomless to-do lists; this session is designed to offer you an hour of deep and deliberate stillness. You will be bathed in the soothing tones of Heidi’s crystal singing bowls and emerge feeling relaxed, revived and replenished. Sound healing can help to balance energy, release emotion, regulate the nervous system, and aid mental and physical healing. Sound and frequency has been used as a healing modality all over the world for generations, and we are so happy to offer you a taste of this beautiful medicine each and every month in our lovely studio.

About Huminga Wellness: The word “huminga” in Filipino translates to “to breathe.” It is derived from the root word “hinga,” which refers to breath or breathing. In the context of the Filipino language, huminga encompasses not just the physical act of inhaling and exhaling but also carries connotations of life, vitality, and well-being. I am a dedicated wellness and personal development practitioner with a deep commitment to integrating breathwork and movement into my teachings. With a background in Holosomatic Breath Therapy, I specialise in guiding individuals through transformative breath practices that foster inner balance and self-awareness. My approach is further enriched by my experience in Yin Yoga, where I weave slow, intentional movement with breath to promote deep relaxation, restore energy, and cultivate mindfulness. Currently, I am expanding my expertise in energy therapy, continuing to explore ways to support healing, alignment, and personal growth. The Unfolding: A Journey of Emotional Release through Breath & Sound with Serafina Rose of Huminga Wellness

The Unfolding is a 2-hour Conscious Breathwork and Sound Healing journey designed to support deep emotional release, healing, and reconnection with your inner truth. In this sacred space, you’ll be guided through conscious connected breathing to access an expanded state of awareness, similar to the depth reached in psychedelic experiences - where unprocessed emotions can rise and be compassionately released. This session weaves together powerful modalities including breathwork, intuitive movement, voice activation, and gentle bodywork to support the release of stuck energy and emotion from the body. Each technique offers a pathway to expression, release, and reconnection helping you return to a more balanced, open, and aligned state of being.
With every intentional breath, you’ll create space for clarity, emotional freedom, and deep self-discovery. We’ll close with a soothing sound healing journey using crystal bowls and chimes to help you integrate, restore, and gently land back in your body.

Positive Birth and Hypnobirthing Workshop with Katrina
This is a 3 hour workshop, please contact Katrina for upcoming dates - £80 per ticket (birth partners welcome and included with the ticket price)
Prepare for a positive birth by learning:
The physiology of birth and why increasing your confidence and ability to relax more quickly and deeply matters.
Hypnobirthing and positive birth practices such as guided relaxations, massage, birth positions and tips, etc.
What you can do now to prepare - including complimentary mp3s to practice with, how to help baby into an optimal position for birth and more.
This would be great for someone who has done hypnobirthing previously or is doing another full antenatal course; otherwise, I would recommend doing the full course if you're able to as there is just so much to cover it's impossible to condense it to three hours. I'll send resources for you to do your own follow up research if needed, but there's so much information it's often easier drip fed over four weeks and put into context for you! There is a full course coming up in October and December.
