move is available for hire outside of our weekly class timetable (which you can view here). Our newly renovated studio is spacious, full of natural light, and perfect for all manner of group sessions, featuring:
Space for 20 mats plus a teacher for movement classes, and 25 mats plus a teacher for Sound or Breathwork sessions
Sonos sound system
Air-conditioning and heating
Full use of our equipment (for yoga sessions we have Yogi Bare yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets. For fitness sessions we have foam mats, TRX straps, dumbbells from 1-10kg, resistance bands, balls & sliders)
Two toilets, a shower and changing room onsite
Extra seating and storage available in our downstairs entrance (for bikes / buggies etc)
A separate treatment room available with sink, air-conditioning / heating, and a brand-new Plinth 513 three-section couch with extra padding, extra width, and detachable headrest
