ALEX

MOSt and BSc (hons)

Alex graduated with a Masters with distinction from the British School of Osteopathy. He has gained experience in multiple disciplines, including sports injuries, expectant Mothers, women’s health and the elderly. Alex is also trained in dry needling and cranial osteopathy through the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy.

His undergraduate research has resulted in him having a specialist interest in the neurology and psychology of pain. Alex emphases the unique multifactorial nature of pain in each individual. He incorporates manual treatment with the prescription of rehabilitation exercises, he combines this with the appropriate lifestyle and nutritional advice. He runs a practice in Victoria Park and spends one day of his week lecturing undergraduates in anatomy, physiology and neurology at the University College of Osteopathy.

Away from the clinic, Alex enjoys an active lifestyle, including running, cycling, tennis, swimming and surfing.

CHRISTINA

MSC BSC (hons) Ost FHEA

Christina has been in practice since 2002. Originally from Germany, she trained at the British School of Osteopathy in London. Further to a BSc (hons), she has an MSc in Paediatrics and a Diploma in Women’s Health.

Her specialisms include paediatric osteopathy and Women’s Health. Christina has extensive experience working with both adults and children; in her treatment she uses both traditional structural manipulation as well as a deep emphasis on cranial osteopathy.

Besides being a practising osteopath, Christina has her own practice on Harley Street and fulfils academic roles for Core Clapton and the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London, the Osteopathie Schule Deutschland in Hamburg and Wiener Schule für Osteopathie in Vienna.

She is editor and co-author of  two books, “Differenzialdiagnosen in der Kinderosteopathie” and co-author of “Osteopathie von A-Z”, “Prüfungsfragen Osteopathie".

SARAH

Sarah holds a ITEC Diploma in Massage from CityLit, as well as qualifications in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point & Stretch Therapy, and Natural Face Lift massage from the London School of Massage. She has recently added Myofascial Release to her toolbox. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

An intuitive therapist, Sarah finds the supportive effect of massage on the body’s own systems inspiring and offers tailored treatments to suit the individual needs of the client, whether that be by alleviating muscular tension, promoting flexibility, or enhancing overall relaxation and reducing stress.

Sarah is a keen advocate for holistic health and is fascinated by the links between physical and emotional well-being.
