We are so excited to announce our retreat giveaway in collaboration with Ability Bow. Since our friend Alex at Victoria Park Osteopaths recently completed the London Marathon to raise money for this incredible charity, we have been made aware of the phenomenal work they are doing just around the corner from our studio site. Ability Bow support people with various needs to stay active and reap the innumerable benefits of movement, which has been the ethos of move since our very beginnings. Ability Bow “empowers people living with disabilities or serious health conditions by removing barriers to exercise through specialist instructor support in our community-inclusive gym.”
We are delighted to announce that we are offering one space in our studio retreat from the 13th to the 15th of June this year as a fundraising opportunity for Ability Bow. You can read all about their incredible work here, and about our retreat offering here.
Most of us lead lives that are so endlessly busy, and our retreat is a wonderful opportunity to take some time for yourself in a beautiful place with friendly people and delicious nourishing foods! The retreat is always a highlight of our year and perfectly illustrates the importance of community and movement, which are also the focus and intention of Ability Bow.
If you would like to enter, all you need to do is make a donation to Ability Bow using the link here or below, note the word RETREAT in your donation message, and send us the email receipt of your donation to hello@movestudiolondon.com
Every £10 donated to Ability Bow this month will put your name in the hat for our Retreat giveaway (and yes that means the more the merrier, i.e. if you donate £30 your name will be entered three times!)
Please also review our retreat terms which can be found here to ensure that you meet the health check requirements for participation. Please note that this giveaway does not include transport costs to and from the retreat.
We will be collecting donations throughout the month of May and the winner will be announced on Saturday 31st of May 2025.
